**Terms and Conditions for Oakmont Interiors**

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by Oakmont Interiors, including but not limited to interior design and home improvement services. By engaging with Oakmont Interiors, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.

**1. Services**

– Oakmont Interiors offers interior design and home improvement services. These services are subject to individual agreements and may include consultations, design planning, construction, and other related services.

– The scope of services, pricing, and timelines will be outlined in a separate written agreement or contract with the client.

**2. Payment and Fees**

– Clients are responsible for the payment of services as per the agreed terms and conditions in the contract.

– Any additional costs or change requests not covered in the initial agreement will be negotiated and agreed upon separately.

**3. Cancellation and Rescheduling**

– Cancellation and rescheduling policies will be detailed in the individual agreement or contract. Oakmont Interiors may charge fees for cancellations or rescheduling that do not comply with these terms.

**4. Intellectual Property**

– All designs, drawings, plans, and other intellectual property developed by Oakmont Interiors remain the property of Oakmont Interiors unless otherwise specified in the contract.

– Clients may not use, reproduce, or distribute Oakmont Interiors’ designs or intellectual property without prior written consent.

**5. Confidentiality**

– Oakmont Interiors will keep all client information confidential, including personal information, project details, and any other sensitive information.

**6. Client Cooperation**

– Clients agree to cooperate with Oakmont Interiors to facilitate the successful completion of the project, including providing access to the property and responding to queries in a timely manner.

**7. Liability**

– While Oakmont Interiors takes every reasonable measure to provide high-quality services, we are not responsible for any damages or losses incurred during or as a result of our services.

**8. Dispute Resolution**

– Any disputes arising from these Terms or the provision of our services will be addressed through negotiation, mediation, or other alternative dispute resolution methods. In case a resolution cannot be reached, legal remedies may be pursued in accordance with applicable laws.

**9. Termination**

– Oakmont Interiors can terminate services immediately if you:

Commit a material breach of these terms and conditions

Fail to make payment on due dates set out in the contract

-Due to the nature of the product being bespoke once production has started the client cannot cancel the order.

**10. Changes to Terms**

– Oakmont Interiors reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients in writing or through our website.

**11. Governing Law**

– These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England & Wales.
